Search for a teacher, pick a slot and pay via CinetPay (MTN, Orange or card). The teacher has 3 h to accept; the session is confirmed after acceptance (Terms art. 6).

How much do private lessons cost on Khishango?

Rates start from 1,000 FCFA per hour depending on subject, level and teacher.

How are teachers verified?

Each teacher submits diplomas, ID and a photo. Our team validates every profile manually.

How do I contact my teacher?

Once the session is confirmed, open Messages from the bottom tab or from the booking details.

Can I cancel a booked session?

Before the teacher accepts: you can cancel until they confirm; refund on request within 48 h (Terms art. 10). After confirmation: no unilateral cancel in the app — contact the teacher or support@khishango.com.

Payment declined or stuck — what should I do?

Check your Mobile Money balance and try again. If it still fails, contact us on WhatsApp with your booking reference.

Which payment methods are accepted?

MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money and Visa/Mastercard in XAF via CinetPay. Secure payment with a receipt after each transaction (Terms art. 7).

How do I cancel or change a lesson?

Before the teacher accepts: you can cancel until they confirm; refund on request within 48 h (Terms art. 10). After confirmation: no unilateral cancel in the app — contact the teacher or support@khishango.com. Rescheduling: only the teacher can propose a new slot (≥ 12 h before, Terms art. 12).

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Khishango is a PWA with offline access to sessions and downloads.

I am a teacher: how do I get paid?

Complete Profile → Payouts. Khishango deducts a 15% commission; net payout after session validation, up to twice per month (Terms art. 7).

Are lessons available nationwide?

We cover Douala, Yaoundé, Bafoussam, Garoua and other major cities.
